Prosecutors announce charges against one of the police officers involved in the 8 Minute Cold Blooded Killing of George Floyd.
Derek Chauvin is the named police officer in George Floyd’s death who has been fired and charged.
Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced charges of third-degree murder and manslaughter against now-fired Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin for the death of George Floyd. Freeman said the investigation continues and there could be further charges.
If there are no further charges and stronger charges we can assume that Hennepin County corruption will be protecting Derek Chauvin from 1st degree murder charges.

As you know, 4 Minn. PD officers involved in the arrest were fired. Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng and Tou Thao. The Park Police officer was not fired . So where is the Minneapolis PD cops’ body cam footage, especially Chauvin? Why release only the footage from the Park Police Officer who was told to leave the immediate scene and directed to keep the others at bay from view.

Ahmaud Arbery was hunted down and shot as he jogged through this neighborhood back in February. He was on a run which takes him 2 miles from his house into Satilla Shores, Georgia where the shooting happened.

The police came and the men that started this were not charged and we had to go back to base and we as soldiers had discipline charges. The offender has a prior record of conviction for a capital felony;
The offender was in the process of committing another capital felony or aggravated battery, or the offense of murder was committed while the offender was engaged in the commission of burglary in any degree or arson in the first degree;
The offender knowingly created a great risk of death to more than one person in a public place by means of a weapon or device which would normally be hazardous to the lives of more than one person;
The offender committed the offense of murder for himself or another, for the purpose of receiving money or any other thing of monetary value;

The offense of murder was committed by a person in, or who has escaped from, the lawful custody of a peace officer or place of lawful confinement;

The capital offense was committed by a person previously convicted of rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, or aggravated sexual battery;

Some of these aggravating factors apply also to rape, armed robbery, or kidnapping. However, in 2008, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Kennedy v. However, the ruling meant that crimes “against the state” such as treason or terrorism would not likely be unconstitutional. Nikita Pearl Waligwa starred in Disney’s Queen of Katwe, passed away on Feb. 15, after a battle with brain cancer. Nakita was only 15 years old.
Nikita was first diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016, and her Queen of Katwe family, including director Mira Nair, reportedly obtained Nikita’s treatment in India. She made a recovery in 2017, but the tumor reportedly returned in 2019.

What You Should Know
No one has the right to abuse you.
You don’t deserve to be abused.
If you are being abused, you are a victim.
It’s not your fault that you are being treated this way.
It is wrong that you are suffering this pain, fear or sadness.
You are not alone. Other kids suffer abuse, too.
Sometimes abusers scare or threaten kids so they won’t tell.
There are people who care about you and want to help you.
If you are being abused, please tell a safe person – that’s someone you can trust like a teacher, counselor, school nurse, neighbor or parent. You can also talk to a Childhelp hotline counselor.
How to protect yourself from abuse.
Do not be alone with anyone who hurts you.
Listen to the little voice or gut feeling inside you when it says what is being done to you isn’t right.
Find an adult you trust and tell them what is happening. If they don’t believe you, keep telling other adults until someone does believe you!
The adult you speak to (perhaps a teacher or a neighbor) may want to tell the police or Child Protective Services about the person who is hurting you. If they don’t know the telephone number to call to make the report, they should call 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453) and press 1 to speak with a hotline crisis counselor. The crisis counselor will give them the best number to call in your community.
If you are too nervous or scared to tell someone you know about the abuse, but want it reported to the people who look into child abuse, call 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453), then press 1. A Childhelp hotline counselor can make a three-way call so that you, the hotline counselor, and the person taking the report in your area are all on the telephone at the same time.
Before you call to make the report, the hotline counselor can tell you what may happen after a report of abuse is made.
A lot of people don’t realize it, but every day in the United States thousands of kids are abused. That adds up to millions of kids each year. More than 3.3 million in fact.
Often children and teens are abused by the people who are closest to them like family, friends, sitters, neighbors and sometimes even teachers and coaches. These are the very people that children should feel the safest with.

There WILL NOT be a charge for the call on your telephone bill if you use a regular phone or a pay phone. If you use a mobile phone or cell phone, there may be a charge and it may show up on the telephone bill. (Don’t use a mobile or cell phone if you want to be sure your call is a secret.) Do not make prank calls to the hotline. This will tie up the phones and keep us from talking to someone who really needs help right away.
