Nope not the “BIG” retail store following me, not even the stores under cover security…
Shopping these days you really have to watch your surroundings. If I would not have been aware, I don’t think I would have caught on to what was happening…
The other day I had to go to store for somethings in the electronic section.
I was noticing this young man maybe about 13 or 14 years of age following me.
Every Isle I stopped on he came down the isle. Then he was standing behind me. I then noticed he kept pointing his phone towards me.
Both my wallet and phone were in my back pocket. I was not sure if he wanted my wallet or what. So I turned around and had my back to the shelf. He came and stood right next to me and put his phone by his side, but still pointing at me.
I thought this was to be very odd. He continued to follow me for about 20 minutes until the area was getting crowded and he finally left me alone.
I think he was trying to hack my phone and take credit card information from my phone.
I do not carry my credit cards in a cloud, online wallet or any other place stored on my phone. It is too dangerous with advanced technology that is easliy used by criminals these days.
So many find it to be handy. Well it’s handy for the criminals also.
I am old fashioned when it comes to what information I will share with my phone.
There is a common hacker tool called “Midnight Raids”. The only requirement for this program is 2 working phones and a good Wi-Fi signal.
It will take all your information.
So be safe and keep an eye out for who is following you around.
